67. Every person who enters or stays on land in contravention of section 53 is liable to a fine of $50 to $200 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $100 to $400.

67. Every person who enters or stays on land in contravention of section 53 is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $50 to $200.
For any subsequent offence under the same section within two years of the conviction, the offender is liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of $100 to $400.
